| SHIPPING & PROCESSING |

♡ All orders are processed and shipped within 1-14 business days. You‘ll receive an order confirmation & notification with tracking info to your email once your order's been shipped. If you didn’t receive a notification, then your order hasn’t been filled yet!

♡ For time sensitive orders (ie. gifts!) please leave a message during checkout AND email us right away so we can prioritize!! 

♡ Please remember, two women run Stick with Kate. We appreciate your grace, patience & understanding if you’ve placed an order with us! Thank you.

♡ We use PostNL to ship all orders, delivery times will vary depending on weather, location, holidays, & package volume.

♡ Items marked as "delivered" are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds or cancellations.

♡ Buyers are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

 

| INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |

We ship worldwide! Due to expensive shipping costs we offer two shipping methods for all international orders. The first method is tracked all the way up until it leaves the Netherlands.

Option 1: half tracked. Tracking is available all the way up until your package leaves the Netherlands. This is the cheaper option. However, if you choose this method, we can’t be responsible for your package once it leaves the Netherlands.

Option 2: fully tracked. We recommend going with this option for full security in regards to returns or replacements.

 

| ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES |

please consider: covid, holidays, weather, customs, etc may delay some packages.

♡ domestic NL: 1-3 days

♡ international: 2-5 weeks

Buyers are responsible for any vat, customs and import taxes that may apply upon receiving package. We are not responsible for any customs delays. side note: We always mark as “gift” & write a low estimate on customs forms so you pay next to nothing in taxes!

 | RETURNS & EXCHANGES |

♡ All sales are final. Returns are currently ineligible.

♡ Please inspect your package upon arrival & contact us immediately if anything is defective or missing. You have 7 days to make a claim. We’ll gladly replace or send out missing/damaged items.

♡ Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned product.
